Good to read about the honest ingredients in GoPure products. But what about allergens?
GoPure chips are free of the following 14 allergens:
• gluten-containing grains, such as wheat (including spelled and khorasan wheat, formerly kamut), rye, barley and oats
• egg
• fish
• peanut
• nuts such as almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashew nuts, pecans, Brazil nuts, pistachios and macadamia nuts
• soy
• milk, lactose
• crustaceans
• molluscs
• celery
• mustard
• sesame seed
• sulphite
• lupine
If you have an allergy or are hypersensitive to the above mentioned allergens , you can still enjoy our chips. So enjoy without any worries! Did you know that GoPure contains no added sugars or yeast either?

100% suitable, in fact! Our products are completely vegan, down to the organic sunflower oil we use. That’s why GoPure is your best choice if you care for animal welfare and the environment.
What does it mean: “Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP)”?
It is a safe way of packaging chips to ensure they’re whole when you open the packaging. To do so, we inflate the chips bags before sealing. This way the chips won’t get crushed in your shopping basket or bag.
We use nitrogen gas to inflate the bags. Nitrogen is a pure product, so there’s nothing scary about it. In fact, 80% of the air we breathe consists of nitrogen. It also keeps the chips fresher for longer, as it expels oxygen from the bag.

If at all possible, yes! GoPure’s philosophy is after all to source the ingredients from local producers. This is usually possible, but not always. The reason can be the quality of the harvest, or the availability of ingredients. For example, sweet potato can only be acquired abroad. But in all we do, we always try first to apply our philosophy: locally sourced if possible.
I would love to see the production plant. Is that possible?
We hate to disappoint you, but our strict rules regarding hygiene and safety rule out having visitors to the plant. We hope you understand!

Unfortunately, the answer is ‘no’. That’s a choice we made when we first started with GoPure. We feel that commercial give-aways don’t sit well with the GoPure promise: Straight from the land. Wouldn’t you agree?
On the packaging it says that GoPure is produced by Yellow Chips. Who or what is Yellow Chips?
Well, that’s us! We’re a young Dutch company on a special mission: to make the very best organic chips for you! Everyone at Yellow Chips is dedicated to this simple goal, from our potato and vegetable buyers to the people operating the frying pans. And from our customer service desk to our salespeople. We also work very closely with the farmers, growers and shops in the organic food chain. Because we can achieve more by working together. GoPure is team work!
