We fry them unpeeled in 100% organic sunflower oil so their nutritional value is maintained. Our chips are lightly seasoned with just enough sea salt to highlight their natural flavour.

Himalayan salt is mined in the Khewra Salt Mines, the second largest salt mine in the world, located about 300 km from the Himalayas in the foothills of the Salt Range. The salt comes out in a reddish or pink color, with some crystals having an off-white to transparent color.
